REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Please Register before August 27, 2018 to take advantage of the early fee.  After this date, registration will be automatically processed at the increased fee. All on-site registration fees must be paid by credit card or check payable to SCPMG. Cash will not be accepted.

Children and guests are not allowed in the meeting.
Meals are included for conference participants.
Children over the age of 16 are subject to the established guest fees.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
Cancellations are to be submitted via email only to Christopher.x1.lin@kp.org by September 1, 2018.
There will be no refunds after this date.

*This is a reminder that we request that corporate and business attendees do not engage in any sales or marketing activity within the educational space as this would directly violate ACCME Accreditation rules and PhRMA guidelines.  Examples of this type of activity include distributing any electronic or hard copy materials to the person sitting next to you, discussing products, etc.
