Catherine Mcnamara

Catherine McNamara joined Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centre as a highly experienced healthcare leader, with over 30 years providing quality, outcome focused care in both clinical and leadership roles.

Most recently, Catherine established the first fully integrated Case Management program within Abu Dhabi during her time at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. The program provided an integrated patient focused approach to Coordination of Care, combining the skills of Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers and Therapists to ensure quality service delivery across the complete Transition of Care spectrum.

Catherine has occupied senior nursing positions in her home country, Australia, where she gained extensive experience in Neonatal and Adult Medicine and Surgery. Apart from her nursing qualifications, she holds an MBA from Chifley Business School, Australia. 

Catherine is committed to developing a Case Management program at Cambridge which will deliver successful Transition of Care services, using a structured approach to assist the individual reach their personal optimal level of wellness and functional ability.
 
Maysoon Bader
Case Manager
Manzil Health Care Services

Maysoon Bader is currently the Case Manager in Manzil Health Care Services since 2015. She is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Gibson University. She has a Diploma in Nursing Management Course from the Institute of Nursing School Abu Dhabi. 

Maysoon worked at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City as an Emergency Nurse for three years. Later she joined Burjeel Hospital as Case Coordinator for two years. She has also worked with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for around five months as a Case Manager. 

Previously Maysoon organized a Hematology workshop in SKMC and a Wound Care workshop in Burjeel Hospital; she was the founder of the wound care clinic in Burjeel Hospital. 
 
Nadia Ruby Van Zyl
Case Manager
Tawam Hospital

Nadia holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Nursing from the Pretoria College of Nursing SA. She is a registered member of South African Nursing Council and a member of Case Management Society of America.

Nadia Ruby Van Zyl worked as a registered nurse in several nursing disciplines, specializing in surgery and orthopedics in South Africa.

She has been involved in setting up case management practice in the Middle Eastern region for the past 14 years, setting up Case Management at SAAD Specialist hospital in Saudi Arabia and has been extensively involved in defining and developing the SEHA case management model in Abu Dhabi.

 
Jennifer Naidu
Nursing Director
Mediclinic Welcare Hospital

Jennifer Naidu is presently the Director of Nursing in Mediclinic Welcare Hospital since 2014. She is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She has a Diploma in General, Community, Midwifery and Psychiatry Nursing and a Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.

Since 1993 she has worked with several hospitals as a Registered Nurse and Unit Manager.

 

 
Jogem Marie Camarista Galindez

Registered Nurse, BSN with a total of 20 years clinical experience rotating in different disciplines which landed specializing in Emergency Room for 11 years. Pioneered ED Case Management in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in March 2011 and been working with Case management until the present.

 
Jacqueline Yammine
Case Manager/ Nurse Clinician

Jacqueline presently works with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi since 2014, as a Case Manager.

Jacqueline Yammine completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the American University of Beirut in 2000 and a holder of a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Athabasca University.

In 2000, Jacqueline joined Al Mafraq Hospital – Royal Wing as a Staff Nurse. She then started working as a nurse clinician with several facilities in Montreal, Quebec from 2000 till 2014. 

 
Dr. Nehad Nabil Halawa

Burjeel Hospital

Dr. Nehad Nabil Halawa completed his MBBCh at University of Banha, Egypt in 1986, and then finished his Master's Degree (MSc in Anesthesia and Critical Care) from the same university in 1995. He has clinical attachments with various government hospitals in the region Egypt, KSA, Oman &UAE.

Dr. Nehad has a good experience in ICU, especially head injury, polytrauma management, mechanical ventilation, central lines insertion, percutaneous tracheostomies, and chest tube insertion, among others. He was a member of the escorting team of critical cases, where critically ill guests are transported to higher centers in USA and Australia via air ambulance and commercial flights.

In 2004, he moved from Oman to continue his practice in UAE at Mafraq hospital then, at Burjeel hospital as head of ICU & LTC unit.

He became involved in Continuing Medical Education Programs as a speaker on topics such as aviation medicine, fever in ICU, post-operative jaundice, steroids in ARDS, hyperammonemia in ICU, and non-invasive ventilation, and many other topics.

He got his MBA degree (health care administration) in 2015 from Eton University USA.

In addition to Diploma in health care administration in 2013 from knotting hill college UK.

 
Enas Khalil Ibrahim Abu Tammam

Tawam Hospital
Enas is a Senior Case Coordinator in Tawam Hospital since 2013.

Enas completed her bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in 2002. She worked in King Abdullah University Hospital –Jordan (KAUH) in Adult and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, as a charge nurse.

She joined Tawam Hospital in 2004 as a Critical Care Nurse.
