ENTITLEMENTS

Full Registration

Includes access to all sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon teas for the two days, Welcome Reception, Cocktail Hour, Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner, name badge and satchel, delegate handbook and programme and access to the exhibition.

Please note: Technical Tours are an additional cost as it is being held outside the conference programme on Wednesday 26th October.

Group Registrations

Group registrations are available for groups of 5 attendees registering and paying in one transaction from the same organisation.

PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required within 7 days of registration.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations received in writing 45 days prior to the 23rd October, 2016 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given after this date, however an alternative delegate may be substituted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to events@parksleisure.com.au

PRIVACY

Australia introduced the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 in 2001. Parks and Leisure Australia comply with such legislation which is designed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the conference will only be used for the purposes of planning and the conduct of the conference and may also be provided to the organising body or to organisers of future events. It is also usual to produce a 'Delegate List' of attendees at the conference and to include the individuals details in such a list.

INSURANCE

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. Parks and Leisure Australia accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
