Enterprise Imaging heralds a paradigm
shift to the ‘New World’ of Clinical Imaging
and Imaging IT. The old concepts of Traditional Imaging which have
predominantly been
radiology-centric are now spanning across the enterprise
where systems cover various clinical specialties with one common imaging
informatics platform.
The transition to Enterprise Imaging is inevitable and
needs to be a deliberate process. In this symposium, learn from the leaders in
the field regarding the various aspects
such as acquisition, management,
distribution, archive, and governance, with evolving industry conditions
impacting imaging and IT, such as the demand for centralization,
standardization,
interoperability, data integrity, cybersecurity, and governance.
Topics to be discussed include:
• Imaging Informatics: Transition from Radiology Department to the Enterprise• Status of Information Management Systems in the Market Place
• Procurement of PACS
• PACS Project Management
• Use Case Scenarios for Enterprise Imaging
• Enterprise Imaging Strategy with VNA
• An Adoption Model for Enterprise Imaging
