Cancellation Policy

All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL (registration@sio2016roma.eu)

• Full refund will be refunded for cancellations received before 25/02/2016, less Euro 50,00 handling fee
• 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 25/03/2016
• After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.

Advance payment must be made in euros and by credit card (preferred) or by bank transfer. Online credit card payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard (American Express and Diners are not accepted).

• Registration will be confirmed automatically per e-mail upon receipt of the completed registration form

• Delegates will receive their invoice by email once the payment is received

All best efforts will be made to present the program as close as possible to the printed version presented on the website of the "103rd National Congress SIO - Italian Society of Otorhinolaringology Head and Neck Surgery". However, the Conference Organizer (MCA Events srl) reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables or plans relating directly or indirectly to the conference or exhibition, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising. The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the SIO 2016, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, or if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
