Change of Booking

Alterations to your accommodation booking must be advised in writing to the pat@dcms.co.nz

Cancellation of accommodation
Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged one night accommodation.  

To secure your accommodation
Full accommodation cost will be charged at the time of registration, this will be room only. To confirm your accommodation, payment must be made prior to 1st May.  On departure any remaining charges must be settled and paid direct to the hotel.
