- Non-members can enjoy the SPE member fees when joining SPE and registering conference/tutorial at the same time, with a discounted SPE premium professional membership fee for the first year of $109 (vs. regular fee of $144)
- Deadline for the early bird registration: August 12, 2016
- Fee includes access to Future of Flight Museum and round-trip transportation between Crown Plaza Seattle Hotel and the museum
- Conference fees include lunches during conference September 14-15, reception on September 14, and coffee/tea/snacks during the breaks
- Cancellation policy: Full refund minus $30 processing fees before September 2. Afterwards there will be no refund provided
