Acknowledgement
Registrations received after Friday 9 September 2016 will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice, which appears as an attachment.
Alterations

At the Conference
This year, at the IMSANZ/SOMANZ Conference, there will be no satchels distributed. The registration desk will be open from:
7.00am to 6.30pm Thursday 15 September 2016
7.00am to 5.15pm Friday 16 September 2016
7.00am to 4.30pm Saturday 17 September 2016
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations made prior to Monday 15 August 2016 will be refunded, less 25% to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made.All refunds will be processed after the Conference.Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received.If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation.
