Individual registrations

All registration must be proceeded online. No registration can be proceeded by phone or directly at Colloquium's office.

For payment by bank transfer or cheque, please note that payment is required at the latest 15 days after online registration. After that date, your registation will be automatically cancelled.
Payment by bank transfer will only be possible until January 5^th, 2013.

Any name change requested before January 6^th, 2013, will be subject to a 50 € administrative fees.  After that date no name change will be possible.

Cancellations should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat (please refer to the "Contact us" information)
For any cancellation request received until January 2^nd, 2013: refund (less 50 € for administrative fees). Refund will be done after the congress. 
Cancellation requests received from January 3^rd, 2013 will not be refunded.

BEWARE : On site, in case you forgot or lose your badge, 30 € will be charged to you for reprinting.
