Register delegates & Book Accommodation

The registration form is divided into each Symposium location; please ensure you complete all four tabs. 

All registrations need to be received by no later than Friday 2nd October. We will be in touch with you to arrange for any payments, where due.

Registration 

Your agreement with the Personal Finance Society will explain how many people you are entitled to register for each event. 

There are two types of registration: 
  • Sponsor Delegate – Have access to the exhibition and the sessions 
  • Exhibitors – Have access to the exhibition only 
Due to capacity restrictions it is not possible to purchase additional passes over and above what is written in your agreement. Neither is it possible to split registrations between two people. 

Accommodation 

A number of bedrooms in each location are being held by the conference office and are subject to availability on a first come first served basis. All accommodation must be booked and paid for by Friday 2nd October without exception, however, we recommend booking earlier in order to ensure availability. 

We have negotiated the following rates with local hotels.All rates are based on single occupancy, including breakfast and VAT:

London
  • The Lancaster Hotel – 1st & 2nd November: £216.00 
  • Corus Hotel Hyde Park – 1st & 2nd November: £145.00

    • Newport
  • The Celtic Manor Resort – 17th November: £110.00
  • The Celtic Manor Resort: Manor House Hotel – 17th November: £100.00

    • Edinburgh
  • Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh – 25th November: £185.00
  • Double Tree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre – 25th November: £115.00

    • Birmingham
  • Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC – 29th November: £139.00
  • Best Western Plus Manor Hotel – 29th November: £67.50
Additional nights accommodation may be available upon request. Please contact the conference office at sponsors@pfsevents.org.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

All cancellations of accommodation must be received in writing to sponsors@pfsevents.org on or before the 1st of September 2015 (for London hotels) and 21st of September (for Newport, Edinburgh, and Birmingham). After this time we will be unable to refund the cost of the room.

Pets are not permitted in the hotel, unless they are used in a capacity to assist with a disability. Please inform us of this so we can better accommodate your stay.

All rooms are non smoking.

Unless otherwise stated the accommodation is for one person only. If you would like an additional person (guest) to join you please contact sponsors@pfsevents.org to request this.

All incidentals and additional charges are to be settled by the guest on check out.
