Agenda
The agenda for each symposium will broadly remain the
same. The programme can be accessed here. Please also see below an overview which will give you an
indication of how the day will run:
06:00 Set-up begins for exhibitors
08:00 Exhibition opens and breakfast sessions begin
09.30 Conference starts
During the conference coffee breaks and lunch will be served in the exhibition
17.10 Post-conference drinks reception in the exhibition
18.00 Exhibition closes
19:00 Exhibition clear
Your stand and stand allocation
Each exhibitor has been given a 6 sq m table top exhibition
area from which to exhibit. Included in
this is a trestle table, 2 chairs and one 13Amp socket.
Given
the complexity of the events the Personal Finance Society will allocate stands
to exhibitors. Please see the “Downloads and Documents” section
for the floorplans.
Additional items can be ordered
via the “Reserve a Stand” tab, such as: Internet, badge scanners, additional
