The READi for Health project, has brought together four EU regions Skane (Sweden), Oulu (Finland), Murcia (Spain) and Midi-Pyrenees (France) to pave the way for the take up of eHealth by identifying the unmet needs, identifying owners and through which channels.
Our common goal is to address the eHealth policy challenges through specific actions to promote the development and upscale of eHealth solutions creating value for caregivers, patients and citizens.
The READi project would like to share with you how collaboration between 4 regions allowed achievements to be made across a range of challenges. From identification of unmet needs, addressing policy implementation, upscaling eHealth solutions, and creating better care for patients and citizens.
