The Conference Fee for Spouses/Partners includes:

All guests: any other activities (e.g. telephone calls, leisure activities) are to be settled directly with the hotel before you depart.

The ITFA reserves the right to reject any registration submitted by a non-member even if accompanied by payment and, where payment has been made by such an applicant, the ITFA shall refund the amount so paid.
Liability: Should technical reasons beyond the control of the ITFA
Board and/or the organisers make any changes necessary, the ITFA Board and/or the
organisers cannot be held responsible. Only written arrangements are binding. You agree to authorise us to use all
