What is the APPEX attendance policy?
It is very important to the success of the meeting that we have the executive representation from every APPEX agency. It is essential to the success of the Strategic Issues Groups that all agencies are in attendance to not only present their issues but to provide feedback on the issues of the other agencies in their group. We ask that all APPEX partners make it a priority to attend all sessions offered at the summit.
What is the dress code?
Dress code is business casual.
What is the hotel room policy?
MarshBerry will make hotel reservations on your behalf. Please complete the online registration for room options.
- Registration must be completed by March 27 to guarantee discounted hotel reservations at the host hotel. Reservations are based on hotel availability after March 27.
- Individuals are responsible for paying all charges upon departure.
- Room preferences are subject to availability.
- Conference rate of $239 per night (plus tax), is available 3 days before and 3 days after the Summit (based on hotel availability).
Do I get a discount if I register early?
Registration fees are $1,175 through March 27. Registration fees are $1,375 March 28 through April 10. The Registration deadline is April 10, 2015.
May I bring a guest to the conference?
Yes, we would like to extend an invitation to each of you to bring along your spouse or guest. Guests will be invited to attend the Wednesday general session, Wednesday evening PINnacle Awards dinner, and offsite SIG dinner (at an additional charge). We will also be holding an optional golf outing on the Monday and Tuesday before the summit for attendees and guests interested in arriving early.
How can I modify my hotel reservation?
All hotel changes in arrival, departure and cancellations must be submitted in writing to Jessica.Stogran@MarshBerry.com by Friday, April 17, 2015. Any changes submitted after this date, or failure to cancel a reservation will result in charges.
How can I modify my registration preferences?

What is the cancellation policy for my conference registration?
All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Jessica.Stogran@MarshBerry.com by Friday, April 10, 2015. Registration fees are not refundable after Friday, April 10, 2015, nor can they be applied toward a future conference.
