REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Only written advice (facsimile and email) of cancellations will be considered. However, substitutions are always welcome and must also be advised in writing.
‘NO SHOWS’ who have registered but not paid will be charged the full registration fee.
Please note that cancellations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive cancellation notification, please contact Conference Administration on 02 8754 0400.
Refunds Date
Refunds will only be payable if written cancellation is received before April 2, 2015. Delegates will be entitled to a refund of their registration less $125.00 administration fee.
After April 2,2015 no refunds will be payable – applications for refunds received after this date will be considered under exceptional circumstances which do NOT include changes in or to personal or organizational commitments.
Privacy Statement
In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), In addition details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all parties directly related to this event including aged and community services, major sponsors and exhibitors (name, position title and organisation only)
Disclaimer
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the organisers reserve the right to delegate or alter items in the program or to substitute speakers.
Insurance
Registration fees DO NOT include insurance of any kind. Delegates are advised to make their own arrangements for coverage. ACS and the Rosehill Gardens do not accept responsibility for personal accidents, theft and/or damage to the property of conference delegates. Travel insurance is recommended for travel within Australia.
