What's the schedule for Interweave Yarn Fest?
workshops take place on Thursday, April 16 through Sunday, April 19, 2015.
Special Events take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday—see Activities tab for complete details. The Marketplace is open for shopping on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The Marketplace is free of charge to all registered participants and is open to the public. Admittance is limited to the room capacity at all times.

How much does it cost to attend Interweave Yarn Fest?
The cost for Individual Workshop* registration is $99.00 for a half-day, $194.00 for a full-day Workshop.* Additional costs will be associated with some Special Evening Activities. Registration will open September 2014.
Materials fees vary by Workshop (some workshops do not have a materials fee) and are in addition to the Individual Workshop registration fee. Materials fees are collected onsite in Workshop and are due directly to the instructor.

Where is Interweave Yarn Fest taking place?
Interweave Yarn Fest is taking place April 16-19, 2015 in Loveland, CO. The headquarter hotel, and location of event, is the Embassy Suites Loveland - Hotel and Conference Center, located in Loveland Colorado, just one hour from Denver, CO. Visit our Location page for complete details.

Who runs Interweave Yarn Fest?
Interweave Yarn Fest is brought to you by F+W, a Content + eCommerce Company. F+W connects passionate, like-minded groups of people to share an ongoing exchange of information, ideas, and inspiration. How do I register?
All registrations take place online.  Please click here to be directed to the registration page. When you register online it is a secure registration and payment process. workshops sell quickly so this will provide you fast and easy access to your favorites before they are sold out.

Your registration confirmation will be sent to you via email. You will also receive Yarn Fest updates on workshops, instructors, special events, hotel & travel information and more. (Note: Registration confirmation and email updates are sent to the email address used to register.)

Note: An email address is required for every registrant. If you do not currently have an email address, you can create one for free—try hotmail.com, gmail.com or yahoo.com.

Your badge and Workshop schedule will not be mailed in advance of the show. They will be waiting for you at Onsite Registration when you arrive at the Embassy Suites Hotel.

What forms of payment do you accept online?
VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Are there any other ways to register?
We strongly recommend that you register online because workshops will sell quickly. If you do not have a credit card or are not able to register online, please contact the Yarn Fest staff at 970-776-1469 or yarnfest@interweave.com. You can visit the Onsite Registration desk at the Embassy Suites Hotel beginning Thursday, April 16 at 7:00am. We accept onsite payment via credit card, or cash. Onsite registration is based on Workshop availability and we strongly suggest you check the website prior to the event to see if space is available.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel workshops, you have until February 15, 2015. A cancellation fee of $25 per 3-hour Workshop, $50 per 6-hour Workshop, and $25 per special event activity will be deducted from your refund amount. After February 15, there are no additional cancellations or changes allowed and no refunds will be provided. There are no exceptions.

How do I add or change workshops?
To add or change workshops please click the link below.  You will need the email address you registered with and the Reference Number you received in your confirmation email.  You may also email the Interweave Yarn Fest team at yarnfest@interweave.com if you need assistance making changes.

How do I cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration, please email the Interweave Yarn Fest team at yarnfest@interweave.com.  We will cancel your registration and process any applicable refund.  Please refer to our cancellation policy to determine what refund you will receive.

If a Workshop is SOLD OUT, can I be put on a waitlist?
Waitlists are not available for SOLD OUT workshops. You can make changes to your schedule through February 15, 2015, so we encourage you to check the website Registration Page often to see if a seat becomes available.

In order for our instructors to prepare for workshops adequately, Workshop switching will not be allowed after February 15, 2015. We supply the instructors with their minimum Workshop numbers prior to the Yarn Fest taking place. We appreciate your understanding that this policy ensures a fair amount of prep time and reimbursement for our instructors, as well as enough materials present for each Workshop member expected.

Can I register for a friend?
We prefer each individual participant handles his/her own registration, but you can register additional attendees. Each additional attendee does require a unique email address.

Can children attend the retreat?
You must be 16 years of age to register for a Workshop. By registering for a Workshop you agree that you are capable of maintaining the pace of the Workshop, or are willing to work at your pace within the schedule of the Workshop.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after registering for a Workshop. If you did not receive your confirmation, please check your Junk Email folder. You can add the Yarn Fest email to your address book to make sure you receive our emails: yarnfest@interweave.com. If you still do not have your confirmation, please contact us directly for a copy.

What are Materials Fees and how do I pay for these fees?
Some instructors provide Workshop materials for each students-these are called Materials Fees. Materials fees are in addition to the Workshop registration fees. The materials fees vary from Workshop to Workshop, and some workshops do not have materials fees. You will pay your Workshop materials fees onsite directly to the instructor when you take the Workshop.

What supplies do I need for my workshops?
Each Workshop has a "Students Should Bring" list. The items listed will be general supplies, most of which you probably already have. Some workshops also have a materials fee, which covers materials purchased by the instructors in addition to those you'll be bringing from the "Students Should Bring" list. Often the Instructor will bring additional materials to share.

Do I need to do anything else to prepare for my workshops?
Some workshops may have a small project or task you need to complete in preparation for the Workshop. Please see the Workshop Descriptions to determine if homework is necessary for your Workshop.

How do I get an Interweave Yarn Fest Tote Bag?
To receive a Yarn Fest Tote Bag full of goodies you must purchase 3 or more workshops. You will receive your Tote when you register onsite at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Additional Tote Bags, (empty) will be available for purchase during online registration and at the onsite registration desk, based on availability.

How do I become a Yarn Fest Marketplace vendor?

How do I reserve a hotel room for Interweave Yarn Fest?
Interweave has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center at a special discounted rate of $158 + tax (single occupancy), which includes free breakfast, free internet in guest rooms, complimentary Manager's Reception provided by hotel, and free parking. This discounted Group rate is available until March 31, 2015—or until the room block is sold out. Please visit the LOCATION tab for complete details.
