STAGE 1: ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
People interested in submitting an abstract for presentation only to SACAM2025 are requested to submit electronically a two-page abstract no later than Friday, 13 December 2024, following the format of the template which can be downloaded below:
People interested in submitting a full-length paper to SACAM2025 are requested to submit electronically a one-page abstract no later than Friday, 30 August 2024, following the format of the template which can be downloaded below:
Abstracts should briefly outline the main features, results and conclusions as well as their general significance, and contain relevant references.
The abstract must be converted to Portable Document Format (PDF) before submission through the conference Submission & Review Portal.
Deadline: 17h00 (GMT+2) on Monday, 16 September 2024

The abstract must be written in English with Times-Roman font. The abstract body should not exceed 400 words. Up to three references may be included in the abstract and will be counted toward the 400 words. No figures or equations are allowed.
The abstract must contain the full names and full addresses of authors. In the case of joint authorships, the name of the author who will present the paper at the Conference should be indicated with an asterisk.
Abstracts can only be accepted on the understanding that the work will be presented at the Conference.
STAGE 2: FULL-LENGTH PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please login to your profile and navigate to the Submissions page. Select your submission seen in the Your Submissions table in order to complete the stage 2, full-length paper submission. The relevant template, including further guidelines, can be downloaded using the button below.
