Welcome to the Ozwater'19 reviewing portal.

To begin reviewing, please log into the site using your email address and the password provided. Once logged in you will need to click on submissions, to view all the submissions in your selected theme(s).

Important Reminders
 - Once logged in, the portal shows all submissions under the selected themes, which have not been reviewed three times in total
 - As a reviewer, you are required to review a minimum of 5 abstracts, however the portal will still be open if you wish to continue

To begin a submission for Ozwater'19, you must click on the login button above and create a new user account. Please complete the form and save, then click on Submissions and add new.


You can submit multiple submissions under one account. If you have an enquiry regarding your submission, please email Australian Water Association at events@awa.asn.au.

Terms and Conditions for Submitting a Paper


By submitting to present at Ozwater'19, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below:


For a paper to be accepted and presented at the conference - 

•        You must commit to a paid registration by Wednesday, 28 November 2018 once your paper is accepted (This applies to all Ozwater'19 presenters and co-presenters)

•        Full paper submission by Monday, 4 February 2019

•        Electronic presentation by Monday, 15 April 2019 (This applies to all Ozwater’19 presentation types)

•        Confirm copyright ownership and originality of the paper and the work

•        Confirm that the paper has not been previously published in any other form and that the Australian Water Association will be granted permission to publish the paper – this must be confirmed at time of abstract submission

•        Be available to present during Ozwater’19 in Melbourne, Australia during 7 - 9 May, 2019

Please do not submit an abstract if you are unable to comply with any of the above conditions.


Should your abstract/paper be accepted for presentation at Ozwater'19:

Notification of accepted abstracts will occur during late October 2018 to the provided email address. All accepted submissions will need to confirm via email that they agree to the conditions of presenting and accept a place in the Ozwater’19 program. 

All Authors who present at an Australian Water Association conference or activity or publish in any of the Association's publications will be required to comply with Australian Water Association's Copyright Assignment Policy. These terms and conditions can be viewed by clicking here
