Revised Full Paper Submission is now open

To confirm your acceptance and secure your place in the technical program, you must submit the revised and final version of your paper no later than 9 January 2026. WTC2026 Montréal has received a record number of submissions and will have a full technical programme. Inclusion in the proceedings is contingent upon meeting all deadlines.

Submission Guidelines

  • Each Paper submitted to the ITA-AITES WTC2026 Conference must be original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere.

  • Authors must prepare their papers using the provided Microsoft Word template and strictly adhere to the CRC Press / Balkema formatting guidelines as outlined within the template.

  • Papers must be submitted in both Word and PDF formats and must not exceed 8 pages. This is a firm limit and applies to all submissions.

  • The WTC scientific program is not a venue for commercial sales pitches or promotional content. Such activities are more appropriately directed to the Trade Exhibition. Papers may present innovations, but must not be commercially driven. Submissions not meeting this standard will be returned. Sponsorship acknowledgments at the end of a paper are welcome.

Note:

To be included in the WTC Congress and Proceedings, all papers must be accompanied by a signed License to Publish form. This form must be completed by the first author and uploaded through the author portal using the link provided.

Authors must verify whether permissions for each copyrighted figure have been cleared ahead of the final submission, with the details listed in the Permission and AI Verification form. All permission grants must be submitted along with the completed form as a single PDF and uploaded through the author portal using the link provided. Authors must also acknowledge the use of any Generative AI tool used to create an image/table/text in the same Permissions and AI Verification form. Authors are accountable for the originality, validity, and integrity of the content of their submissions. AI-generated content will not be accepted. Please familiarize yourself with CRC Press’s AI policy and ensure that you are following it as you finalize your manuscript.
