As mentioned in earlier emails to you, the Presentation and/or Poster upload process opens on October 2 and will remain open until midnight, US Time, on Friday November 29.
Please note that your paper acceptance email noted whether you will be doing a presentation as well as a poster, or only one or the other. Please check that email before going through the next steps.

Official Language
Papers must be submitted and presented in English, the official language of the Conference.

November 29, 2024: End of Presentation Upload Phase December 10, 2024: Notification of Time & Date of Presentations
