Submitting an Abstract

I need to create an account
Log in as a new user in you are submitting your first abstract for HQT 2018. 

If you are reviewing abstracts, an account was created for you, check your email for log-in instructions from the site administrator. 


I already have an account
Log in if you have already submitted an abstract for HQT 2018, or have a password.


I forgot my password 
If you can't remember your password, select Login and then click on Forgot Password for your password to be sent to you. 


I changed my email 
If you no longer have access to the email address you last used for this site, email Abstract Manager for help.

How to submit an abstract:

3. Once logged in, complete a submission for each abstract by clicking "submissions" in the top navigation bar


Deadline to submit: Tuesday April 24, 2018 at 12 noon (EST)


Abstract Selection Process 

Abstracts will be reviewed and scored in partnership with patients, caregivers and members of the public. 

Those selected will presented at Health Quality Transformation 2018 on October 17, 2018. Once selected: 
  • You will be assigned to present in one of two ways:
    • A poster (in the exhibit hall)
    • An oral presentation in breakout sessions (including panels or workshops)
  • You can choose to present at one of our three locations: Toronto, Thunder Bay or Sudbury
  • And, you may be invited to share the abstract, poster or presentation on our web platforms and at other events throughout the year
