You must create a profile before submitting your first abstract. Please click HERE to create your profile. The user account must be created by the presenting author. Once your account has been created, you can log in to submit your first abstract, return later to edit existing submissions, or submit additional abstracts.
Information and Rules Concerning Abstract Submission
- Abstracts must be submitted in English or Danish and are limited to 350 words.
- The user account must be created by the presenting author. Please ensure the contact details in the user profile are correct to avoid miscommunication during the submission and review process.
- Multiple abstract submissions are allowed.
- Please proofread your abstract carefully before submission, as changes or additions will not be accepted after the submission deadline.
- If there is more than one author, the presenting author should be listed first.
- Abstracts will not be edited for content. Please check for typographical and grammatical errors before submitting.
Abstract Guidelines and Instructions
The abstract should be structured as follows:
- Enter a title (maximum 200 characters).
- Select one submission topic.
- Provide up to two references.
- You may upload images (maximum 1000 x 1000 pixels) and charts.
Abstracts must contain original data and adhere to international ethical standards.
All abbreviations should be defined. Trade names are not permitted in the title but may be included (in brackets) in the body of the abstract.
