Navigate to the "Login" page and enter the email address you received the notification of the Abstract Booklet in.

Enter your password - if you've not created a password or cannot remember it, click "Forgot Password" to reset it.

Once logged in you will be redirected to this page and you will now see the "My Profile" and "Submissions" page tabs appear.

Navigate to the "My Profile" page and ensure that all your personal details are captured accurately.

Correct any incorrect or missing information including your prefix/title, names, organisations you're affiliated with and your home country. 

Save when you're done.

Navigate to the "Submissions" page - here you will see each of the presentations you delivered at the conference listed in a table as Submissions.

Click each in turn and check to make sure the following details reflect accurately for each:

3.1. The correct presentation type is listed.

3.2. The correct title of your presentation is listed.

3.3. Your revised abstract reflects accurately without error and appears as you'd like it to be published in the Abstract Booklet.

3.4. Make sure that each of your authors/participants are listed and that for each of them their correct prefix/title, names, organisations they're affiliated with and their home countries are reflected.

3.5. Once you've confirmed all the details are correct, click 'save & submit', this will change your Submission Completeness to 'Complete'

3.6. Repeat steps 3.1-3.5 for each of your presentations.
