To submit a proposal, go to the Submissions page and click Add new. You may also view and edit your abstracts here.
Submission Deadline: All proposals must be officially submitted (click on Save and Submit) by January 9, 2017, 11:59PM ET (UTC-5).
Acceptance: Notice of acceptance of proposals will be sent no later than February 1, 2017.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure data is saved:
- Avoid clicking on the 'Back' or 'Forward' buttons of your browser during the submission process.
- Save periodically with 'Save & Continue Later' to avoid time-out.
- To finalize for review save with 'Save & Submit'.
