PAPER SUBMISSION

To submit an AIM paper for publication to the Technical Library, use this template (instructions here).

Papers received MUST have been presented at 2024 AIM.

You will be able to submit until November 30.
Send your completed paper on the template to the Publications Dept. Papers received will be posted as they are able to be processed. Please expect a minimum of 2-3 weeks before posting.

3.19.24 - Author notifications have been sent. Check your email for your notice. Log in and complete the requirements before the May 3 deadline.

1. Log into the submission portal to add your co-authors. There were no co-authors listed in the first stage of submissions. If not added now, there will not be any other people associated with your presentation.

2. Update your presentation title if necessary. Your full abstract is not editable and will not be published. All changes not reflected in your title can be made in your presentation or in a paper if you decided to submit one.

3. Enter the presenting author’s name and organization details. Their email is required to match the email that they will use to register with.

4. Register for the meeting. The presenter must register or the submission will not be a presentation at AIM 2024. Registration for AIM is required by the presenting author by May 3.
5. Presentation of your talk is mandatory for publication of your paper, if you submit one. No-Shows will have the paper removed from the Technical Library.

ASABE membership will provide a discount for your AIM registration. Membership applications are processed manually, be sure to apply at least 3-5 business days before the May 3 deadline. Join ASABE here.

Further develop your 2024 AIM non-refereed presentation into a high-quality peer reviewed manuscript. Submit to the ASABE journals, and receive a page charge discount of $100 or 10% if over 10 pages for the final layout. You must be registered for the annual meeting, present your work at the AIM, and submit your manuscript to ScholarOne by October 1, 2024.
