3.19.24 - Author notifications have been sent.  Check your email for your notice.  Log in and complete the requirements before the May 3 deadline.

1. Log into the submission portal to add your co-authors. There were no co-authors listed in the first stage of submissions. If not added now, there will not be any other people associated with your presentation.

2. Update your presentation title if necessary. Your full abstract is not editable and will not be published. All changes not reflected in your title can be made in your presentation or in a paper if you decided to submit one.

3. Enter the presenting author’s name and organization details. Their email is required to match the email that they will use to register with.

4. Register for the meeting. The presenter must register or the submission will not be a presentation at AIM 2024. Registration for AIM is required by the presenting author by May 3.
           5. Presentation of your talk is mandatory for publication of your paper, if you submit one. No-Shows will have the paper removed from the Technical Library.
