  3. Click on 'Submissions' and follow the prompts to complete your submission
  4. You will receive an automated confirmation email once your submission has been received. Remember you can come back to update the form later.
*You can create multiple submissions for this event under the same account. If you have any questions regarding your submissions, please contact events@awa.asn.au.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • By submitting an abstract, case study or video pitch, we assume that all authors have consented to its submission and that all copyright provisions have been met.
  • Submissions of a commercial nature will not be accepted.
  • If accepted for a 20-minute technical presentation, submission of a full paper is compulsory.
  • Abstracts and/or full papers will appear online and will be made available to delegates and the public 3 months after the event.
By submitting an abstract, case study or video pitch, you agree to the following conditions:
  1. You confirm copyright ownership and originality of the paper and the work.
  2. You confirm permission from your organisation and involved stakeholders to present the the content
  3. if accepted, you will submit the required information and presentation materials by the due date specified in the acceptance email
  4. You confirm that the paper has not previously been published in any other form and that the Australian Water Association will be granted permission to publish the paper. This must be confirmed at the time of submission.
    *This does not apply to papers that have been presented at a conference or event hosted by AWA, or published in the AWA Water eJournal.
  5. Nominated presenters are available to present in person during Ozwater'26 in Brisbane between 25-27 May 2026.
