Are you planning to attend Family Medicine Forum 2025 in Winnipeg? Be part of the FMF team by signing up to monitor sessions! Residents are able to earn credits for all sessions in which they participate, including the sessions they are monitoring.
We are looking for volunteers who will:
- Use a handheld scanner to scan attendee badges as they enter the room (for credit tracking)
- Confirm the speaker has arrived and the AV is working; if not, call FMF staff for assistance
- Ensure that the session room does not overfill based on the room capacity limits
- Volunteer for a minimum of 1 full day, monitoring 5 or more sessions
We offer 2 options for volunteering:
- Volunteer for 1 day, and you'll be reimbursed for that day plus 1 additional day
- Volunteer for 2 days, and you'll be reimbursed for the full 4 day conference
