Call for Session Proposals: 2025 East Regional Conference
AISES has opened the call for session proposals. AISES encourages a diverse array of session presenters and STEM topics! If you have not yet presented at an AISES conference, we encourage you to submit a session proposal!
- College track (undergraduate and graduate students)
- Professional track (includes entry-level, mid-career, and mature professionals)
Sessions are scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Friday sessions have already been scheduled. AISES is only accepting sessions for Saturday, July 12.
Break out Session:
Session Length: 50 minutes
Format: Informational with some interactions
- Deadline to submit proposals: June 13, 2025
- Notification of acceptance begins: June 16, 2025
Presenter Logistics
Conference presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and related conference expenses. Conference registration is required. Each accepted session will receive up to two full conference registrations discounted by 50%, regardless of how many presenters are participating in the session. Discounted registration codes will be provided after sessions are selected and presenters are notified. Please wait to register for the conference until after your proposal has been accepted. All refunds are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Instructions
- Select “Create an account” if you are a New User or “Log into your account” if you are a Returning User.
- Save your username and password for future use.
- When you are logged in, you will notice a “Submissions” and “Log Out” buttons at the top.
- Select “Submissions” to submit either a General Session or Research Presentation proposal.
- Select “add new” to begin your submission.
