HOW TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
  1. Click on the ‘Login' above and create a new user account
  2. Complete the form and remember to hit save
  3. Click on 'Submissions' and follow the prompts to submit your document
  4. You will receive an automated confirmation email once your submission has been successful

NOTE: You can create multiple submissions under the same account. If you have any questions regarding your submissions, please contact the team events@awa.asn.au

 

 PLEASE NOTE:

· By submitting an abstract, case study, or video pitch, it will be assumed that all authors have consented to its submission and that all copyright provisions have been met.

· Submissions of a commercial nature will not be accepted.

· If accepted for a 20-minute Technical Presentation, submission of a full paper is compulsory.

· Abstracts and/or full papers will appear online and will be made available to attendees and to the public 3 months after the event date.

· Scores and comments from peer review of abstracts and full papers can be made available once reviewing closes.

 

BY SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. You confirm copyright ownership and originality of the paper and the work.

2. You confirm permission from your organisation, or involved stakeholders, to present the content

3. If accepted, you will submit the required information and presentation materials by the due dates outlined in your Acceptance Email

4. You confirm the paper has not been previously published in any other form and that the Australian Water Association will be granted permission to publish the paper –this must be confirmed at time of abstract submission. *This does not apply to papers that have been presented at a conference or event hosted by AWA or published via AWA Water e-journal.

5. The nominated presenters are available to present in person during Ozwater’25, in Adelaide, Australia between 20-22 May 2025.
