How To Login:
To begin, please select "Login" located at the top navigation menu. If this is your first time logging in to submit an application for the 2024 North America LIM, you will need to create an account as a "new user."
Once logged in, complete the "My Profile" tab.  You must complete your profile prior to submitting a proposal in order for the system to save your submission. 

Submit A Proposal:
To submit a proposal, click on the "Submissions" tab to complete your proposal application. You can find some sample submissions and further instructions HERE.​​​​​​​

3. You will be returned to the Homepage; select "Reviews" at the top of the page to select an assigned submission. 

4. To return to an existing assigned submission, log in with your credentials (email address and password) and select "Reviews" to view your assigned submissions.

​​​​​​​What is the 2024 North America Leadership Institute Meeting?

The 2024 North America Leadership Institute Meeting is the premier place to showcase PMI and chapter initiatives and to provide knowledge and training to help Chapter Leaders in the North America region to learn and grow, following PMI Culture Values and their activation through chapter activities.​​​​​​​


​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This meeting is scheduled to take place from 19-21 September 2024 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking presentations on topics relevant to chapter management, chapter successes, and leadership that align with PMI’s strategy and culture values. Choose from one of the following categories, or select “Other” to submit a topic of your choosing:


  • Make it Easy (Best practices for Chapter governance; Board transition; ATPs/ Organizations cooperation)
  • Aim Higher (A.I.; Leadership/Stewardship; ESG initiatives)
  • Embrace Curiosity (New tools; Event organization; Inter-chapter projects)
  • Be Welcoming (Engagement; Youth initiatives; Volunteer acquisition and recognition; DE&I, Conflict Resolution)
  • Together We Can (Social Impact/Outreach; Ethics; Mentoring programs)


Please note that this is a non-exhaustive list of possible topics. We are open to evaluate others if you think that they align with PMI Culture Values. Topics presented in cooperation by more chapters are welcomed!!

Rules of Engagement/Requirements

  • Only proposals submitted online and by the published deadline will be considered. 

  • Must be a member of a chapter in North America in order for your submission to be considered.

  • Carefully write out your submission in advance before entering it into the system. 

  • While more than one proposal may be submitted, please note that acceptances are limited to a maximum of one per person. 

  • Submitter is the lead presenter and primary point of contact. 

  • One co-presenter may participate and co-presenter information must be shared at time of submission. 

  • Use clear, error-free language and note word limits for titles and descriptions. 

  • PMI retains the right to modify titles and descriptions for marketing purposes. 

  • Avoid all commercial bias; content is to be educational in nature, neutral and unbiased, free of commercial motive/intent. 

  • Priority given to proposals that include original content that has not been presented elsewhere. 

  • Proposals may be accepted as standalone session, or may be combined with proposals of similar topics (to co-present).

  • Accepted presenters must adhere to published deadlines (see chart below for milestones). 

  • Accepted presenters will prepare a final presentation for review that must be submitted by the posted deadline. 

  • Accepted presenters must observe any intellectual property rights. 

  • Accepted presenters must register for the event.  Registration fees may apply, according to travel grant information provided to the chapter.
