The abstracts must be submitted on this webpage.
One table and/or one image may be used in the abstract. They must be uploaded on the submission form and will be placed at the end of the abstract.
All successful abstract presenters will be notified and must register for the meeting.
The abstracts should be organized into four sections:
The objective of the study is stated in the introduction.
Methods: explain the relevant techniques.
Results: summarize the research findings.
Conclusion: express the important points.
For each abstract submitted, the author should select just one topic among the following list:
It is the submitting author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be published as typed by the author, if accepted.
The submitting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other co-authors of the status of the abstract.
Acknowledgement of abstract submission will be sent to the stated email address. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of submission, please contact email@example.com.
Notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts will be sent to the submitting author on or after November 1st, 2023. Full Oral presentation specifications will be made available on the website and forwarded with the abstract
By November 15th, 2023, the presenting author must be registered and fully paid.
Presenting authors who have not registered and paid by the deadline of November 15th, 2023, may have their presentation withdrawn from the program.
