• To submit a proposal for consideration to be presented at the September NAPSA Annual Conference you must create an account with your email address.
  
  
• Once you have become a registered user, you may return to your submission anytime during the process to edit or submit additional proposals.
  
  
  Please note: Once you "submit" you cannot return to the editing process.
  
  
  Submission Deadline XXX at 5:00 p.m. EST.
  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT ANY PROPOSALS AFTER 5 PM ON XXX.
