To access the new portal, please navigate to 'Login'.
This login is not linked to your MyASTM account and therefore, your My ASTM login will not work. New users of the abstract submission portal must set up a username and password in order to use this system.
If this is your first time submitting an abstract using the new portal, you will be asked to create a username and password followed by setting up your profile. After you create your profile, please navigate to the 'Submissions' tab to submit your abstract(s).

Abstract Preparation:
- Abstracts should be 250 to 300 words in length or 2 to 3-pages if the event requires an extended abstract submission. (Templates for the extended abstracts can be found at the bottom of this page.)
- Use Microsoft Word
- Use only one page, single spaced
- Make margins 1 inch on all sides
- Use 12 pt. Times New Roman (recommended)
- Include:
- Symposium Title
- Paper Title
- Authors' Name
- Organization
- City, State/Province, County
- Please read the ASTM Commercialism Policy before drafting and submitting your abstact.
