Vote NOW in our new special COVID-19 categories

Currently open for nominations are two special categories that recognise both a company or organisation and an individual who should be recognised for their innovative and caring approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

Perhaps you work in a company that has shown an exemplary attitude to employees and its customers during the changed circumstances caused by COVID-19 or you know a fellow employee, manager or company director who deserves special recognition for their sensitive and proactive response to the current challenges?

If so, we want you to tell us.

Nominations will close on 10th July. We look forward to recognising those who have been champions of customer and colleague care during these difficult times.

We expect to be able to announce our shortlist over the coming weeks. We also plan to arrange a get together celebration, when appropriate and safe to do so later this year, to present our awards and celebrate all entrants.

How to nominate

First-time users should click on the 'Login-Register' link above and then 'New User? Click Here' in order to create a user profile.

Once registered and logged in, click on the 'submissions' link or a category title to be taken to the nomination form and select 'add new'.

Users can enter any number of nominations and leave them unfinished before returning to complete and submit them at a later date.

Once a nomination is submitted it can no longer be amended.

NOTE: New for 2020: the nominations form has been abbreviated and only one piece of optional supporting evidence may be submitted.
