Now Accepting RESEARCH Session Proposals for 2020 National Conference

The 2020 AISES National Conference invites all middle school, high school, undergraduate, and graduate students and professionals to present their STEM research! All presentations will be held on Friday, October 16.

This call is for both oral and poster research presentations. Take this opportunity to present your work to a broad audience, practice your presentation skills, add a presentation citation to your resume/CV, and compete for awards and prizes (student research competition)!

Online submission forms will be accepted on a ROLLING basis until all spots are filled. Only complete session proposals will be reviewed.

  • High School: target audience includes high school juniors and seniors
  • College: target audience includes undergraduate and graduate students
  • Professional: target audience includes professionals and AISES partners
  • Educator: target audience includes K-12 educators
  • STEM & Business: target audience includes all students, professionals, and tribal business and entrepreneurs
  • Agricultural Sciences: target audience includes all students and professionals
  • Computer Science: target audience includes all students and professionals
  • Health Sciences and Medical: target audience includes all students and professionals
  • Boeing STEM Day: target audience includes middle school & high school students and educators

AISES has opened the call for session proposals and encourages a diverse array of session presenters and STEM topics! If you have not yet presented at an AISES conference, we encourage you to submit a session proposal!

Online submission forms must be completed by July 10, 2020 to be considered for review. Only complete session proposals will be reviewed.


Instructions

  1. Select “Create an account” if you are a New User or “Log into your account” if you are a Returning User.
  2. Save your username and password for future use.
  3. When you are logged in, you will notice a “Submissions” and “Log Out” buttons at the top.
  4. Select “Submissions” to submit either a General Session or Research Presentation proposal.
  5. Select “add new” to begin your submission.
