- If you submitted a proposal for the 2019 Fall Leadership Summit you can login using the same email address.
We have reset your password to: Password - You can change this password once you logged in under "My Profile" then select "Update Password."
- After logging in, select "Submissions," from the top of the page on the header bar.
- Select "add new" and complete the submission form.
New User?
- If this is your first time accessing the online system, you must create a login by selecting "New User" and completing a profile.
- Once your profile is completed, select "Submissions," from the top of the page on the header bar.
- Select "add new" and complete the submission form.

Strategic Partners (companies) may also participate and must have selected this option as a part of their 2019-20 contracted benefits. If your company did not select this as a contracted benefit and your proposal is selected for inclusion, your current contract will need to be amended. If you have questions regarding your contract, please contact Deidre Hungerford, Associate Director for Business Development, at deidre@nyscoss.org.
All proposals submitted through this portal will be vetted by Conference Committee members.
