The 2018 Fall Call for Proposals is now closed.
Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for our Fall Leadership Summit.
We will open the 2019 Winter Institute and Lobby Day Call for Proposal in October.

Online Instructions

      • If you submitted a proposal for the 2018 Winter Institute you can login using the same email address. We have reset your password to: password.

      • You will be able to change this password once you logged in.

      • After logging in, select "Submissions," from the top of the page on the header bar.

      • Select "add new" and complete the submission form.

New User?

      • If this is the your first time accessing the online system, you must create a login by selecting "New User" and completing a profile.

      • Once your profile is completed, select "Submissions," from the top of the page on the header bar.

      • Select "add new" and complete the submission form.

Proposals for the 2018 Fall Leadership Summit were due by Friday, June 15, 2018.

Strategic Partners (companies) may also participate but must select this as a part of their 2018-19 contracted benefits. If you have questions regarding your contract, please contact Deidre Hungerford, Associate Director for Business Development, at deidre@nyscoss.org.

All proposals will be vetted by the Conference Committee members.
