During Summer Camp this year, we started an important discussion about inclusion and the way this key value impacts the way we share the ASU story. Experts from around the university offered their perspective and guidance on ways that we can incorporate inclusive language and images in our communications. If you missed the session during camp, you can watch it now on Career Edge.
The conversation will continue to deepen as we work together. Over the course of the next year, a work group will be creating inclusion style guide materials that can be used to support our work in the years ahead. We invite members of the community to join the conversation to help shape and create the style guide for words and images.
Please join us for a first working session on Sept. 22. Additional working sessions will take place throughout the year, so be sure to check the Hub High Five and brand guide for future announcements. Community members are invited to join at any time.
