Hej!
Join us at Centres Days in Kungens Kurva shopping centre and store in Stockholm, Sweden.
This year Centres Days will be a special meeting with around 130 Centres leaders that will gather to celebrate the great achievements from last year but also to share, discuss, challenge, inspire and, ultimately, co-create the future of our business.
We want to be close to our customers, we want to be relevant for the many people and the communities. We aim to transform our retail destinations into meeting places with a powerful retailing attraction, but that go far beyond shopping. We want to build relationships with our customers and the social institutions and communities they are connected to so we can continue to build a successful business.
We want to be in shape for tomorrow and we know that we need to do things differently starting from a review of how we work, how we lead and how we organise as a company. A new operating model will be key to a successful front-led and customer-centric organisation, in which we want agile ways of working and a streamlined decision process.
What we are curious about
Find out more about how we want to work, lead and organise in IKEA Centres.
What is new
For the first time in Centres Days, all of our centre managers will take part of the meeting. We want to be a front led organisation with centres in the lead and a strong service organisation providing a clear common frame and direction and supporting our local teams. Co-creation is the key to succeed.
How we do it
Sharing and participating in different workshops with people from all over the company, from the centres to the different services offices.
Please register here on the website, no later than August 13th.
