The event will kick-off with keynote speaker, Jaime Casap, Education Evangelist, Google on Wednesday, October 12. The conference concludes at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 14 with a closing panel discussion about innovative hubs and labs housed within Universities. Preconference workshops will take place Wednesday morning and will include a SAN workshop, Conducting Research in Distance Ed, Using Data Analytics for Student Success, and more. Workshops are free to WCET members and a small charge for non-members.
The WCET program includes diverse ideas and institutions and is a mix of facilitated discussions, in-depth deep dive sessions on a trending topic or issue, an edtech meet and greet, and panel presentations.
