 In order to register others from your company or organization, they must either be an approved member or apply for membership to the 501F Users Group, only then will they be allowed to register.

“The New Registration Button” to the left  will only take you to the required registration for the upcoming conference and related events, NOT the group membership registration page.


  • Registering on or before January 10, 2020:  $499.00
  • Registering January 11, 2020 through January 26, 2020:  $650.00
  • Registering after January 26, 2020:  $875.00, 
    • **Registrations made after January 20 may not include a conference shirt.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  Checks & Credit card accepted.  Credit card payments will be charged upon completing registration.  If you want to delay payment, please select 'pay by check'.  You can modify and pay with a credit card closer to the actual conference should you so desire. A dual payment option is available for those would like to pay using two methods (two separate credit cards or credit card/check).  

CANCELLATION:  The registration fee will apply whether you attend for one day or the entire conference.  The registration fee will be non-refundable after January 26, 2020.

NOTE: Spouses/Significant Others are welcome at all evening events; no children under the age of 21, please. Complimentary transportation to any off-resort events will be provided.

 Registrations made after January 26, 2020 will not include a conference shirt.
