Cancellation/Refund Policy

Due to the uncertainty the coronavirus outbreak has brought around group gatherings, we will be providing full refunds to anyone who requests one by the conference dates (June 9-10). If you wish to ask for a full refund, please email our delegates team

If we are unable to hold RI London in June, we will postpone the conference to later in the year. Delegate tickets will be transferred to the later dates but if they do not suit your agenda you will be able to cancel according to the usual T&Cs (100% refund if cancelled 10 weeks or more prior to the new conference dates, 50% refund if cancelled 6 weeks or more before the new conference dates).

Terms & Conditions

  • Once you have registered for paid conferences, you must pay the full ticket fee within 30 days of registration. All discounted rates will be taken away if the payment is not received within 30 days of registering.
  • Payments can be received by credit card or wire transfer until 1st May 2020. All registrations made after May 1st need to be paid by credit card online.
  • You will be required to pay your full balance by credit card on the day at the entrance, if we have not yet received your payment.
  • Responsible Investor Subscribers must be named on their company’s subscription account to qualify for a discount or priority registration.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admission without explanation.

Ticket exchange policy

A purchased ticket can only be transferred following written notification and confirmation between the RI Events team and the named ticket holder.

Please notify the RI Events team in advance of the conference if you have any ticket exchange requests to avoid delays on the day of the event.

If you are taking the place of a colleague who is a named ticket holder, please make sure you have written proof (e.g. email) clearly stating that he/she has given you the ticket when you arrive.

From 1st June 2020 on, a £50 administration fee will be added to any ticket exchange.
