**Pension and investment consultants considered for admission are those that primarily advise pension funds and other institutional asset owners on investments, independent from providing asset management products or discretionary investment services. For example, those that primarily provide services such as due diligence, evaluation, manager selection and monitoring on behalf of institutional asset owners, on a non-discretionary basis.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund If cancelled by

    50%   November 5th, 2018

After November 5th, 2018, no refunds will be given. Every cancellation incurs $50 administration fee.

Terms & Conditions

  • Once you have registered for paid Conferences, you need to pay full amount of ticket fees within 30 days of registrations or before the first day of the conference whichever the closest. All discounted rates will be taken away if the payment is not received within 30 days of registering.
  • Payments can be received by credit card or wire transfer to the account until November 5th 2018. All registrations made after November 5th need to be paid by credit card online.
  • You will be required to pay your full balance by credit card on the day at the entrance, if we have not received your payment.
  • Responsible Investor Subscribers must be named on their company’s subscription account to qualify for a discount or priority registration.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admission without explanation.

Ticket exchange policy

A purchased ticket can only be transferred following written notification and confirmation between the RI Events team and the named ticket holder.

Please notify the RI Events team in advance of the conference if you have any ticket exchange requests to avoid delays on the day of the event.

If you are taking the place of a colleague who is a named ticket holder, please make sure you have written proof (e.g. email) clearly stating that he/she has given you the ticket when you arrive.

Walk-ins

You can purchase a ticket at the registration desk on the day at the standard ticket price.

The standard ticket prices are:
Full conference (Two day ticket) $1,485 | One day ticket $880.

Please note, no discounts can be applied for tickets purchased on the day.

Credit card payment will be required before entrance into the conference for tickets purchased on the day. Please note that this may cause some delay to your entry.
