Conference delegates will be visiting the Standards Building, home to Measurement Canada, the federal agency responsible for ensuring trade measurement accuracy in Canada. The building houses the laboratories that test and certify gas pumps, retail scales, and electricity and natural gas meters for use in the marketplace. Tours of the laboratories and information on how measurement accuracy is assured will be provided.
