• Presenters will be notified of their status for the 2015 Annual Conference the week of November 3, 2014.
• The New York State Association for the Education of Young Children will be accepting presenter proposals through Friday, September 12, 2014.
• Proposals will be processed, reviewed and selected by the Presenter Review Committee through the month of October.

PRESENTATION CONDITIONS

If selected to present at the NYSAEYC Conference the presenter must agree to the following terms and conditions:

Presentation Schedule

• The presentation can be offered at any time on Friday, April 10th or Saturday, April 11th, 2015
  

Conference Registration Fee

• Primary Member Presenters will be provided a complimentary package B registration in lieu of an honorarium

USB Drive Materials

• Materials for the USB drive are due to NYSAEYC by March 3, 2015

Handouts

• Presenter will provide sufficient quantities of handout materials for session attendees

 Audio Visual

• A/V needs are the presenter's responsibility
• NYSAEYC not responsible for any of the A/V costs or arrangements
• Presenter will make their own A/V arrangements with the hotel/convention center using the A/V order form a minimum of one-month prior to the conference

• Please note although individuals will be able to submit up to two separate proposals, likely only one will be accepted for the 2015 conference program.
