Dean Brenner is a recognized expert and teacher of persuasive communication skills. Dean founded The Latimer Group in 2003 and has built it into a powerful company that teaches persuasive communication skills to a global client list of Fortune 500 clients.
Dean’s approach to coaching and training is based on listening closely to the client’s need, and then drawing on all aspects of his background to coach in the most effective way possible. Dean brings all of his experiences – as a coach, an Olympic-caliber athlete, a team leader, an entrepreneur and business owner, a husband and a father – into every client interaction.
Dean has coached c-suite executives, business leaders, sales teams, technical experts and professionals across a wide range of industries and from across the globe. He is a popular and dynamic keynote speaker and a twice-published author.
In addition to his work at The Latimer Group, Dean was a member of the US National Sailing Team for four years, was an alternate on the 2000 Olympic Team, and served as the Chairman of US Olympic Sailing from 2004 through 2012.
