This session will address the concept of Choice Architecture and its application to enrollment management, touching on everything from the inquiry to enrollment processes and design of print/digital materials to retention strategies and working with your faculty. By understanding how a person’s environment influences their decisions, we can intentionally create spaces and processes that nudge people to make better choices without forcing outcomes upon them.
