Given the fact that tuitions account for the vast majority of revenue at most schools, it is more important than ever for the Director of Admissions/Enrollment to be seen as a leader and to be involved in important school-wide decisions. This session will include the difference between managing and leading, strategies for positioning yourself as a leader in your school, how you and your office can become more effective through developing leadership skills, and how you can increase your visibility as a school leader.
