Many schools rely on applicant interviews to give them a glimpse of what a student is really like. But do we have a clear sense of what characteristics we are hoping to assess? And are we actually learning what we want to know? This session will focus on the reasons for using a group activity versus a one-on-one conversational interview, the benefits and drawbacks, and the logistics of each of our programs.
