Inspired by Carmine Gallo's recent book, Talk Like TED: The 9 Public Speaking Secrets Of The World's Top Minds, this session seeks to apply that knowledge to what every admission officer does on the front lines with families, as well as during events. IQ and EQ are relevant, but AQ could be the most important.
